Snowy Trout Challenge 2023/2024

The Snowy Trout Challenge is an annual trout fishing event operated by the Snowy Trout Challenge Association Incorporated (made up of members of the Jindabyne and Lake Eucumbene Chambers of Commerce) and is supported by the Snowy Monaro Regional Council’s Economic Development Officer.

The Snowy Trout Challenge Committee are eager to see  visitors to the Snowy Mountains enjoy their Summer stay by having a go at catching some of the bigger rainbows that have been released into the lakes: Lake Eucumbene, Lake Jindabyne and Lake Crackenback.
