Enjoy a truffle infused brunch followed by your own truffle hunt.

With a taste for truffle, join the Macenmist truffle romagnolo lagotto dogs – Fahren and Tawdiffu – to find Black Perigord truffles grown in the Canberra / Snowy Mountain region. Then

After brunch and prior to heading out on the truffle hunt, a short video is screened so that you will have an idea of what to expect.

Then after collecting the hunted truffle, you’ll head back to the ‘shed’ to clean, grade and weigh the haul of Perigord Black Truffle.

After learning about the process, you’ll be able to talk to Barbara and Richard more about truffles and buy some to take home and add to your own meals at home.
