A community meetings will be held to inform community members about upcoming Council heritage projects in Delegate.

Council has recently commissioned two heritage projects for the Bombala and Delegate area.

• A heritage study to investigate sites of heritage significance throughout the area of the former Bombala Shire and to preserve examples of the community and region’s history
• A main street study to preserve of the historic streetscapes of Bombala and Delegate and inform work to continually improve the presentation of these areas

Council’s consultant for the project Pip Giovanelli will be leading the meeting.

Pip will provide an overview of the projects, what is hoped to be achieved and discuss how community members may get involved in assisting the projects should they desire.
