Cooma North Ridge Reserve is recognised for its Conservation of the plants, animals and natural features within the Reserve.

The Cooma North Ridge Reserve area  comprises approximately 80 hectares.

The reserve is now managed by a committee of Council which comprises a councillor, council staff and a passionate group of residents who form the ‘Friends of North Ridge Reserve’.
