WHAT’S ON: “A national charity dedicated to finding a cure for cancer through world-class research, vital support programs, and community-driven cancer prevention initiatives. You can visit our website to get a feel for what we do and the impact we aim to create. In 2026, our Signature Tour will be travelling through the Snowy Monaro Regional Council on Friday March 13th and Saturday March 14th.
This year we are celebrating our 20th tour anniversary. The Tour de Cure Signature Tour 2026 will run from March 12th to March 21st 2026, bringing together over 150 riders and support crew, from Canberra to Hobart, to help us raise $2 million for cancer research, support and prevention programs nationwide. Over the last two decades, thanks to the generosity of participants, supporters, partners and communities, Tour de Cure has raised over $150 million and funded 231 major cancer breakthroughs.
The event is not a race and is conducted in tightly managed pelotons, with no road closures required. Our team prides itself on disciplined rider management and minimising impact on local traffic and road users.
Channel 7 & Mark Beretta
We are proud to again have long time Tour de Cure ambassador and board member Mark Beretta from Channel 7 riding with us and supporting the tour. With the Sunrise Team, we will be doing live crosses every morning, which gives local communities a wonderful national spotlight and a chance to be part of the conversation.”
