Simon Lobelson Baritone & David G Miller Piano Concert

Where: St Paul’s Anglican Church Hall, Cooma

What: David G Miller is a well-known Australian pianist who, up until COVID-19 hit, brought students from the Sydney Conservatorium of Music to Cooma for visits every year for more than 15 years. While the students were in the region, they visited many small schools in the district and gave local school children an up-close-and-personal experience with outstanding musicians. David is the patron of the Snowy Monaro Arts Council, and we so happy he accepted our invitation to come and give a performance.

He will be accompanying eminent Australian baritone, Dr Simon Lobelson. Simon has performed over 90 operatic roles, all around the world, and his performances have been described as moving, exquisite, and heart-wrenchingly beautiful.

Together they will perform a program of wonderful compositions for voice and piano, including some well-loved opera arias and musical theatre pieces.
